Policies
By registering, parents or guardians agree to review and follow our program policies and complete the require registration and consent forms.
1- Registration and Payments. Registration and payments are required to secure your child's spot. Spaces are limited.
2- Missed & Make-Up Classes. There will be no refunds for missed classes. 
3- Class Cancelation & Schedules Changes. We reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances. Parents or guardian will be notified of any changes as soon as possible. When a class is cancelled by Rainbow Sparks Academy, a make-up class will be offered, where possible.
4- Healthy & Safety. Please inform us of any allergies, medical concerns or support needs before your child's first session.
5- Clothing and Art Materials. All art and craft materials are provided. We recommend comfortable clothing that can get messy, as children will explore a variety of creative materials and hands-on activities.
6- Photography and Media Consent. After completing registration, parents or guardians will receive a separate Photo & Media Consent Form to complete. This form allows families to indicate whether they consent to photographs or videos of their child being used for promotional purposes, including our website and social media platforms. We respect every family's privacy, and promotional photo consent is optional and not required for participation in our programs. 
7- Drop-Off & Pick-Up. Our classes are designed to encourage independence in a welcoming, supervised environment. Parents or authorized guardians must follow our sign-in and sign-out procedures. Children must picked up promptly at the end of each session.
